    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Do you charge sales tax on online orders? 

    Yes, in June of 2018 the Supreme Court issued a ruling that requires us to charge sales tax, based on our state of domicile which is Arizona.  

    If my order is for a gift, will you ship it directly to the recipient? 

    Yes, if you include your request at the time of the order, along with the name & shipping address of the recipient.  We will also include a gift tag stating the order is from you.  

    Do you have a store I can visit?  No, but we usually have a booth at a couple shows or festivals each year.  This information will be posted a month before each event.  It’s always fun to put face with the name of one of our customers.  

    Do you offer personalized or custom products? 

    Yes, but on a case-by-case basis, & please allow at least 60 days for custom or personalized items.  There may be times when we are unable to fulfil your request, but we will let you know when you message us.

    Do you offer multiples of a certain item? 

    Yes, but this would be considered a custom order.   

    How do I care for my mug or goblet? 

    Hand wash in warm soapy water & rinse with clear water.  Hand dry with a soft cloth or allow to air dry.  Do not place in the dishwasher. Note:  Some liquids like red wine or grape juice may temporarily stain your drinking vessel, so rinse after each use & wash regularly.  No other treatment, such as applying oil or wax is necessary.  However, the outside of your mug may dull with time & can be rejuvenated with a light application of furniture polish, such as Pledge.  If the finish on your mug cracks or chips (very rare), contact me & I will repair it at no cost except for return shipping.  

  • SHIPPING & RETURNS

    How much is shipping? 

    There is no additional charge for shipping on orders above $35  We may offer a discount if your order consists of multiple items because our shipping costs will be lower.  Ask at the time of your order.  

    How fast will my order ship?  We ship by USPS Priority Mail, at no cost to you.  We usually ship out your order within 3 business days after receipt of payment.  All deliveries include a tracking number & delivery certification.  If for some reason we’re unable to ship within 3 days, we will notify you.  

    Do you offer shipping outside the United States? 

    Yes, but additional shipping costs will be added.  We will advise you of the cost before sending out your order.  

    What should I do if my order arrives damaged? 

    We pack our orders carefully, but shipping accidents occasionally happen.  First, save the box & packing material as the shipper may request to inspect this as part of the claim I file.  I’ll let you know what to do with everything after the claim is resolved. Please send me a message with details of the damage and a photo, if possible.  I will send you a replacement at no charge, but this could take up to 60 days because each mug is made individually.  However, you may choose a similar product that I have in stock, or I will send you a refund.  

    Can I return my product if I’m not happy with it? 

    Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided it is returned in the same condition as shipped.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

    NOTE:  Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless an error was made by us, or the item was damaged during shipping.
